We are currently not operating time slots or pre-booked dates for tickets. Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Parking is on a first come, first served basis.

Proof of disability can include a Blue Badge, Access Card or similar, DWP letter (i.e PIP, DLA), statement of special educational needs from a LEA, or a letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper stating carer required.

Child tickets start from 3 years old.

Yes. Children are £9.25 and includes 1 free adult carer when a valid pass is shown at the admissions entrance.

There is no feeding the animals at our park, unless on a keeper experience. You can find out more information on our Keeper Experiences here.

Parking is free for all visitors to the park or cafe.

Only Registered Assistance Dogs are welcome to visit New Forest Wildlife Park 

All dogs must wear their harness/uniform and be on a short lead where applicable.

Assistance dog identification/registration may be requested.

For the welfare of our wolves, lynx and free-roaming wallabies, dogs are not allowed to walk through Wallaby Wood.

Yes, we can take cash or card.  Please note there is no cash machine on site. 

Yes, there are baby changing facilities at the entrance.

A person must be over 16 years of age to visit without a supervising adult.

On average people spend between 2½ to 5 hours visiting our park.

Yes you are welcome to bring a picnic to eat in one of our many designated areas.

Of course! Once you have your receipt you are free to leave and enter as you please throughout the day.

We recommend you come prepared with sun cream, sun hat and closed-toe shoes on hot days. Wellies, waterproofs and umbrella on wet days!

Unfortunately we do not have wheelchairs to rent out.

Yes, we have light bites and sandwiches available in our cafe and ice creams in our Ice cream hut in the park.

We have toilets at the entrance to the park and midway through.

There is strictly no smoking or vaping in the park, but a designated area can be found at the entrance.

No, scooters, bikes, roller skates, shoes with wheels and similar push-alongs are not permitted in the park.

No, we lock our gates at 5:30pm.

Yes! Children with a Blue Peter Badge can visit free of charge - 1 Blue Peter badge per paying adult.
