Education FAQs

Generally school groups arrive between 10-10.30 a.m. and leave between 2-2.30 p.m. These timings are flexible.

There is a picnic area the group can use on dry days, or alternatively when it is rainy they may eat lunch in the onsite Forest kitchen restaurant.

There are toilets located at the entrance to the park, by the restaurant. Please note there are 2 toilets located halfway around in the large playground however we recommend all children use the main toilets before entry to avoid lengthy queues for 2 cubicles.

You can pay on the day or we can invoice after your visit.

The group visit is self-guided. Please note that our friendly and knowledgeable keepers are on hand around the park to answer your questions.
