Photography Experience Days Terms and Conditions

Participation

• All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying supervising adult who is present throughout the experience.

• Participants must be a minimum of 12 years old. 

• A maximum of 8 participants (and a minimum of 5) can take part in the photography experience.

• Since we are an outdoor venue, the experience will take part in all weathers (except what we deem as severe weather in which case we will reschedule or refund)

• The experience will be led by a keeper from 9:30am - 1:00pm. After this time you are free to have lunch (not included but you are welcome to visit our cafe or bring a packed lunch) and continue enjoying the park at our own leisure thereafter until closure at 5:30pm. Your keeper will provide information on times across the afternoon that species will be active for additional photo opportunities.

• Animals are subject to change depending on the day, time of year and animal welfare. We cannot guarantee you will see or photograph any specific animals.

Clothing

• Good, closed toe footwear is vital and other suitable clothing required for variable weather conditions. We suggest neutral colours, not bright colours.

• You are responsible for your own clothing and accept it may become soiled during the experience.

Health and Safety 

• We reserve the right to refuse a participant from taking part if we feel it is unsafe for our staff, the animals or the participant.

• Please could participants inform us prior of any medical conditions, specifically causing immune suppression or if pregnant.

• Waiver of Liability – The New Forest Wildlife Park does not accept liability for any personal injury or property damage from any action or cause whatsoever undertaken at the park. Participants and guests must abide by staff instructions. It is a condition of participation that guests observe all warning signs, do not venture over safety barriers and do not enter the park’s off-limit areas, unless instructed and supervised by staff.
  

Cancellation Policy 

• The experience is non-transferable or refundable except in exceptional circumstances. 

• In the circumstances where fewer than 5 participants are booked in, the New Forest Wildlife Park reserves the right to reschedule the event date. Participants will be contacted 1 week prior to the event date should this occur.

• Should the New Forest Wildlife Park have to cancel the experience due to unforeseen occurrences such as severely bad weather, we will re-schedule or offer a full refund.
