Keeper Experiences T&Cs

In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances, we may be unable to guarantee a pre-arranged animal experience or other activity will be available on the day of your visit.
We will endeavour to accommodate any particular animal interests of the participant.
Experiences also include a full day admission to the park for the participant on that day only.
Any additional guests (e.g an adult who is overseeing children but not sharing the actual experience) should be mentioned and included at the time of booking.
Rescheduling Policy for Participant – should a Keeper Experience need rescheduling, please let us know 5 working days prior to the visit and we will try and accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy for NFWP – should we cancel your Keeper Experience less than 5 working days before the due date, the participant will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
The Keeper Experience cannot be transferred and is non- refundable.
The Keeper Experience must not be used as a raffle prize or similar.
Participants must be in reasonably good health, physically fit and agile to take part in the Keeper Experience..
It is the participant’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions which may affect his/her safety during the Keeper Experience. Any health concerns should be discussed before booking.

Waiver of Liability – The New Forest Wildlife Park does not accept liability for any person or body loss, injury or property damage from any action or cause whatsoever undertaken at the park. Participants and guests must abide by staff instructions. It is a condition of participation that guests observe all warning signs, do not venture over safety barriers and do not enter the Park’s off limit areas, unless instructed and supervised by staff.
