Admission Vouchers Terms and Conditions

Vouchers have an expiry date of one year from the day of purchase. Any vouchers not used after this date cannot be redeemed.

Duplicates are not accepted.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Adult vouchers allow 1x Adult (Aged 16 or over) day entry to the Wildlife Park during our normal operating hours.

Child vouchers allow 1x Child (Aged 3-15) day entry to the Wildlife Park (With a supervising paying Adult)

Family vouchers allow 2x Adults + 2x Children OR 1x Adult + 3x Children day entry to the Wildlife Park during our normal operating hours. Family vouchers cannot be part-exchanged and must be used in full when redeeming.
